It has now been voted the second-best casino in Philadelphia by visitors.
This was due to it becoming a very popular destination for locals and tourists with a vast amount of space which was unused. Harrah’s started off as a racing track but decided to gain its slot license in 2006. Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino opened in January 2007 and has become highly popular and well-known in the city.
